SPACE - MERICAN STAR SYSTEM CLOSE TO THE PLANET OF TEGNOS Space is sucked inwards creating a tunnel and our heroes' spacecraft comes flying through as if flung by a giant catapult. Omega regains control of the ship and adjusts direction. Space resumes its normal condition and two Tegnosian fighter craft draw up alongside the larger ship. PILOT ONE Unidentified ship, you have just entered Tegnosian territory. Identify yourself immediately! CLIFFORD This is Clifford Aaron and my vessel is the Evasive, ship code GC337. We are in need of medical assistance. PILOT ONE We will escort you to Tegnos. Your details will be verified shortly. The three ships approach the planet. Tegnos is a large warm planet surrounded by a ring of ice and seventy three small moons. The surface of the planet consists of layers of rock plates tilted at various angles. The majority of the planet's residents live below the surface. PILOT ONE We have received authorisation for you to land. Follow us to the assigned docking bay. The ships fly into a huge cavern between two plates of rock. Ahead massive steel doors slide open and they enter a docking bay. The ships land. Three men approach the Evasive with a floating stretcher. They board the ship and lay Vinod on the stretcher. Two of the men carry Vinod off. One of them, CASSTIGA, addresses the others. CASSTIGA We will take care of him. You will need to follow me. They all leave the ship and pass the medical bay. CLIFFORD Hang in there, V. They all enter a large elevator. A long descent begins.
